Pleasant Needed updating in the hallways. Plaster in our room needed to be repaired.
Very Good Staff was very professional and friendly
Great location & hotel; water bottle went missing A bottle of water disappeared from our room on our second to last day. Hoping we don't get charged $4 for it. We brought our own water and didn't need the ones offered in the room. Outstanding location! There isn't a better hotel if you want to be near Grant Park. Staff were all friendly. We had maid service enter other day, which was a pleasant surprise since we expected none due to COVID. The king room with a view was large and view amazing! Will stay here again!!

First time in Chicago The hotel room was smaller than I expected but the view of Lake Michigan was spectacular. The room was clean, very simple and the supplies were more than adequate. I liked that the guest receipt was delivered to the room on the day we were scheduled to leave. It was slipped under the door. The location gives access to many parks and public transportation.

Good The staff at check in he didn't explain anything and he even wrote the wrong room number on our key. Had to go back down twice to figure out correct rooms. Finally went to the lady working and she was helpful. Not very welcoming. Central area to stay for what we were in town for.
