Overall good apartments Not a bad experience so far and the new managers are trying to turn this place around. I have lived here for about 3 years now. The prices are decent but you pay for what you get. I have had a problems with maintenance tending to issues when needed but sometimes they only bandaid the problem and not fix it. It's Home All said below, keep in mind, this is home and my children are happy and have a roof over them so I am mostly pleased to call this spacious place home. The parking lots could use some repaving. Which they are trying to do but taking a long time. Thankfully there are 2 pools because one is ALWAYS closed due to chemicals, cleaning, or something. Management has been nice and pleasant. Maintenance was fairly timely but lacking in knowledge. But hey, it's apartment living so I guess all you can expect is for them to try... read more
Very nice At 1st I was hesitant.because when I went to view and fill out and app mind you I had already spoken to the lady 3 time before and seen her face to face twice ...when I went to sign the lease she didn't know who I was.... But since I have been here a while now it's getting better .
Well-maintained, inclusive community This apartment is cost-effective, pet-friendly, and inclusive of all peoples. The management is extremely approachable and does their best to make our apartment complex into a full-fledged community. The landscaping is kept up very well, and people are trusting and welcoming.
