This is the place to go if your looking for a change. The staff and everyone who works here is awesome. I would never go anywhere else.
Best decision!! I got my eyelids done for my 40th birthday and I can't believe the difference! The entire staff was awesome and so caring throughout the entire experience. Recovery instructions and support were more than adequate and within a week I was on the mend. Thank you Dr. To for giving me my eyelids back. You and Jody and the nurses were amazing and I feel like I look 10 years younger!

I would highly recommend this facility to everyone. The staff was unbelievable! They made a very difficult situation for my cousin Craig, one of great ease. The doctor was very patient and thorough with my cousin. We never waited at all from the time we walked in, until the time we left. They were even able accommodate us with privacy with respect. Our visit was for tattoo removal. We will be back in a month ! The doctor fees are very reasonable. They are definitely 1st out of top 10 in the state of Maryland.
