Along the same lines as several other folks on this page... Food great, service? Not so much. I ordered an item off the menu (not a create your own) and my order was wrong. 1/2 the toppings were missing, there were replacement items and it was a salad as opposed to a burger. No one checked on us for quite some time so I ended up eating it anyway. It was delicious which is why I'm giving it 3 stars.
