Not impressed at all. Came here with my husband for a date afternoon/evening as we were both off work. Back in the day it used to be a legit place to come and play pool. This time, it was overrun by obnoxious kids screaming and ping ponging themselves into a frenzy while their equally obnoxious, vacant, absent parents stood by and ignored their behaviour. This establishment was supposed to host a Deaf Event this Saturday, January 13th. After being refused access to closed captioning in the TV's, and ignoring calls and emails from the coordinator of the event, the event was forced to be cancelled, after being booked for several weeks. This establishment is unresponsive to customers and discriminatory to the Deaf community.
