RecommendedI’ve been here for 6 months and it’s honestly the best place I’ve ever lived. It’s super quiet and the neighbors and staff are so friendly. I’ve had no major issues needing maintenance, but for minor things, they’ve responded fast and effectively. Great area with great people.

RecommendedSince moving here it's been great. The staff is very friendly, very helpful and take out the time to make sure that you're comfortable here. I would definitely recommend this place. maintenance staff is wonderful very quick to respond to repair orders really really love it here

Management just entered my home WITHOUT NOTICE to install a modem we did not agree to as we move in less than 2 weeks. This was not an emergency and my large dog was outside of his crate when this happened. My husband was cleaning the kitchen listening to music with headphones in when he turned around to our dog barking at MULTIPLE people inside our apartment. What a massive privacy violation. Lovely apartments. However, they will increase every time you renew. Don't pay online. You will rack up a lot of late fees and they don't notify you for almost 3 weeks if it doesn't go through properly. They don't work well with good tenants. Really quick to send you eviction notices for minor grievances.
