The worst experience I have ever had in the medical field. I had a visit last year and they ovecharged me and I have been trying for a couple of months to get a refund and they have been saying you will get it but that never happened. I spoke to Liz who claims to be the Billing Manager and she was the rudest with the worst attitude ever. Avoid coming at all costs. There is plenty of better options in the area with better customer service.
I went for my scalp for dandruff they told me my insurance is not covered.
I was overcharged. My card was charged without my permission. I complained to the billing department and went to the front desk (cash ) in Steinway who told the manager Fahima will contact me. No one contacted me …
Dermatologist specialist actually has no specialist one comes on Wednesdays another comes on Tuesdays but won't be available indefinitely lots of spam emails yet all the cancellation calls were after 5 pm no respect for people time or accommodations made to keep the appointments. I would give dermatologist zero stars not even star dust. Not even a a piece of charred asteroid.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY ARE A FRAUD DERMATOLOGIST. THESE ARE A BUNCH OF TEENAGERS THAT DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING!! I WENT HERE ON A SUNDAY BECAUSE MY NORMAL DERMATOLOGIST WAS CLOSED .. Been trying to book an appointment since July 16. We are now in September. This place Cancel’s 2-3 days before the appointment several times!! . You waste people’s time and are unprofessional.
This visit met my worst expectations. I’m not one to vent online especially after giving NP Ashley Wu a piece of my mind in person. But it’s Friday, your Queens site on Steinway Street pissed me off, and you guys have wasted enough of my time so why not indulge?
