I love the doctors. The front desk on the other hand - absolutely suck every single time I come in. I’ve been to this location at least five times and have just left it alone but today I just couldn’t do it. It’s actually unfortunate that they don’t have professional and courteous front facing people as the first thing you see upon entry. Dr. Luis Ayala is spectacular. Patient, professional diligent, considerate and compassionate. He truly listens and has taken excellent care of my skin over the years. The staff at Brooklyn Dermatology is always friendly and welcoming. Overall, your needs will be addressed competently and quickly. I Highly recommend this location.
I went there for my appointment today and i love it so far. The staffs are there are amazing and so sweet. I love my dermatologist his name is Lewis and he help me a lot and gave me great advice for my eczema. This is highly recommended if you have dark spots, acne , and eczema. They are amazing and will help you with everything.
Our experience with Dr. Yvonne Huang was great, she was very kind and patient to my children. If I could give 5 stars to the doctor and 2 stars to the auto booking system and the tardiness of every single appointment. I was never on time at work while I tried to do appointments before and after work.
