I was treated respectful and kind from the start of the visit to the end. First of all as you walk in you're greeted by this very nice, and attentive lady at the front desk. She checks you in so fast, by the time you're signing your name on the paperwork, the doctor is already calling your name to be seen. Amazing place. Doctor Deanna is just great !! Very knowledgeably. I always have 100 questions for her regarding face massages daily skin care .. and much more. She is always super patient and helpful. Don’t look any further. I don’t have any skin problems thanks to her.
I can’t believe such a place scams people. They accepted my insurance and says all good. Then after almost a year I’m getting debt collection calls and affecting my credit score. I came here for a summer routine check up and they told me my insurance covers it. And this happens… stay away. Go somewhere else.
The doctor and assistant were both extremely kind and knowledgeable. I came in with a list and she addressed every single one of my concerns and prescribed products for some of my issues. I can’t wait to see how the progress is with my follow up but I’m very happy with this office. Thank you so much it was a pleasant experience.
I've been a loyal patient at this practice for quite some time, but unfortunately, recent experiences have left me with no desire to return. A few weeks ago, I visited for a cortisone shot to treat a pimple. Regrettably, the procedure was mishandled, and the pimple hasn't shown any signs of improvement in size or appearance over the past two weeks.
