He is great staff is very helpful, professional and caring
Nice offices, and Dr. Bard was great, but the office management is inefficient and poorly run. Phone system often doesn't connect, and you can't reach a particular office where your doctor is. Kept getting different answers from different receptionists and took multiple phone calls and emails to get a proper receipt. Left message for office manager but never heard back from her. "A" for the doctor, frustrating "D" for the office management.
