Excellent from front desk, the girl that took my info and the wonderful doctor. This was my first visit and I am very pleased with this practice in Oceanside. Itās very clean and the rooms are set up very nicely. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Kim who addressed all my issues attentively and explains the remedies.Ā
All the staff was very helpful. The NP was amazing. I went in as an āemergencyā walk-in. She was so great and really made me feel comfortable and like she cared a lot about my issue. Took care of me painlessly and communicated with me throughout the whole procedure. Which as a health care provider myself, means a lot. I would HIGHLY recommend her. I wish I could remember her name ( maybe Massil)Ā
Very professional and empathetic team. I took my daughter to the dermatology specialist and they were very nice. A bit of a wait time in the front however the receptionist went to check as to why there was a delay. They apologized and 5 minutes later my daughter was being seen. Appreciate the detail and professionalism.Ā
Reception is awful. The lady at the front desk has no manner. She doesn't know how to talk to the clients. It was my first time there and my last. I'm not even interested to know if the dermatology service is good.Ā
