Amazing place to live. We moved in December (2018) from NYC, and Siedah helped make the application process very easy and simple. She answered every question we had prior to moving in. This community is very clean, quiet and safe. It’s across from the mall, down the street from Target and about 5 minutes away from a supermarket. Not So Bad but Some Things You Need to Know We have lived in this apartment for almost three years. The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and has a lot of great attributes. Charlotte is becoming expensive so the price we are paying is amazing! The apartment location is awesome. You are near the mall, all of the major grocery stores and tons of restaurants. Nice Place to Live I've been living here for 2 years now. The apartments are big and very well located, right in front of the mall, the buss stop and a Target. The Leasing office personal is very friendly and always willing to help, maintenance tickets are easy to lift and quick to be solved, I had had no issues while living here.

I love MADISON SQ PL I love The quietness and The friendly management i enjoy my friendly neighborhood. I recommend my Friends to move here. When i have a problem they come and repair The problem. I renew my lease 4 times. One GREAT community love it?

Madison Square at Northlake I have been here for about 6 months and so far so good! Madison Square is extremely spacious and beautiful! Crown molding, walk-in closets and ceiling fan are the things that really sold me on place along with affordable price. The office staff is friendly and accommodating to all of my needs.
