Always great service and comes same day if i need help. We bought a new door today and it came fast, and the technician did a great job . It looks perfect. They are reasonably priced and excellent customer service as always ! Will always recommend this company.
What a great company. I called them yesterday at 5:45 asking if someone could assist me over the phone with resetting my keypad. The woman was concerned about me getting on a ladder and found someone to come to my place and do it. He was there is fifteen minutes and it took thirty seconds to program. I also had both my doors serviced in the past and they came the same day. Super impressed with their efficiency and care for their customers.
So nice to have a working garage door again. We called in the morning and were fortunate that a technician just happened to be close by so within a couple of hours, our doors had been checked, serviced and the broken key pad replaced. Very fast and efficient.
The Door Master service is top notch! They were able to assess and address the issues with my garage door openers. I was presented with options and the job was completed quickly and efficiently! The installer was very friendly and explained everything to me. Highly recommended!
