Only concern at... (Verified Renter) Only concern at this time is the dog excrement I see and the cigarette and marijuana issues that are evident but I know those are difficult to control. I would strongly recommend this community!

The dog poop... (Verified Renter) The dog poop DNA policy was a great incentive. I am not a pet owner, but making pet owners responsible for clearing their pets waste is a the best policy ever.
