Love my apartment and the buildings amenities! Special shout out to Corey Cannon! From the moment I sent in my application he has sent out constant updates and responded to questions quickly, as well as gave a great tour of the building. Excited to begin living in the building!
I’m leaving another review for this building, and not for the building itself. I’m using my second email just so I can write another review of how amazing the maintenance team is here. The highlight of living in my building is always knowing I’m covered if something goes wrong in my apartment. Edmond, Bledar and the entire maintenance team are hard working, diligent, and extremely responsive. They have helped in countless ways. Just wanted to take a minute to admire the security/door staff and their hard work. Particularly Amir who has been at the Draper for years now, as have I. He has always made me feel extremely welcome. He has come in clutch when I’m locked out of my apartment, and while transferring units about a year back he even gave me boxes to use for my move without me even asking. Just an extremely thoughtful, kind human being. Really goes out of his way to help others. Respect.
Leasing process: Simple, fast and easy. Living situation: There isn’t always a doorman, so I have to go grab my guests at night. A buzzer would be so much easier. I’ve put in 3 work orders to for the flickering lights in my kitchen and they’ve never been fixed nor explained why they can’t be fixed, or any kind of compensation given. Living here for almost 3 years now, and I have gotta say, it has been a pretty sweet ride. I would like to express my sincere appreciation regarding my recent experience to the entire maintenance team, particularly Bledar and Edmond (both from the Draper & Sally). When I shot off my maintenance request, the communication game was impeccable (both strong and on point!).
