First off, I can not state how thankful I am to Drew Coleman and his team for just how easy the home buying process has been. Drew and his team are absolutely AMAZING. My fiancé and I just sold our first home and enjoyed working with Drew and his entire team to complete the process. Drew's entire team is amazing. We recently sold our home for well above asking price, and had the final bid in only a few days after listing. I can't imagine how the activity level and interest could have been higher. Drew's negotiation skills are incredible, and the rest of his team is very helpful and professional at handling their parts of the transaction, from preparing for presentation to helping with the closing aspects. Drew and his term were absolutely fantastic! I can’t go on enough about how much they helped me get my dad’s estate property sold. They were there for me at every step and even pulled a few strings to make it happen. I will definitely be using them again for selling or buying any property in the future.
