Drove over from Strathalbyn to have dinner with my son. Food and service was great. Will be back with my daughter who is colieac, knowing the whole menu is gluten free is reassuring

live the community feel of this pub
I booked a private room upstairs for my team to have a relaxed meeting over dinner. The room was perfect, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was great. All up, a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend it.
The food here was lovely: I had the chicken parmigiana and the sauce was one of the nicest I’ve ever tasted. Serve was generous as well. Extensive wine list and friendly, knowledgeable bartender, which is always a bonus. One criticism: the lighting throughout the pub is DREADFUL. The dining room where we were had awful cold downlights which were quite nauseating after a while.
no tv, no pokies, good beer, good service and a broad range of GF food, the whole menu GF.
The food is amazing and a pub with character. Great friendly staff too.
