Poor communication Don't get your hopes up with a response from the office. Doesn't matter how many voicemails you leave. They do not care about you.
Office won't do anything for you after you sign I thought this was going to be a nice apartment complex but I really should have checked my apartment before I signed the lease. While I was sitting in the leasing office, before I even saw an apartment, a tenant called trying to get something done. They had obviously been trying to get the maintenance done for a while as they were annoyed about having to call repeatedly. Don’t believe what you see online Their “renovations” were basically just painting old cabinets. Painted counter tops. They still couldn’t cover up some of the grunge, especially on the bathroom tiles. Apartments were so close together. The pool was green and they said they were still going to open it for swimming in an hour. Tons of extra fees on top of advertised rent.
