I have been a member of Edge club in Orange CT. I went to *********** *s August 2021 and got stuck there for 8 months. In September 2021 I called the club from there and asked them to cancel my membership, I may not be able to make it alive. The person on the phone told me the manager is not here but I will leave a note on her desk for cancelation. The Edge in Media has a Sales Representative named Brandon who was talking to me with such disrespect. When I tried to cancel early the representative that I talk to never mentioned to me about canceling it in may. Then I called again right before I canceled and was only told to come in person. So I went in person and all he was said that my cancel date was 6/30. Never told me that it was 6/30 not 7/30. They don’t know how to inform people the way it works. The manager was nice when I was waiting for two years to refund my daughter training money. But when I said I don’t want come anymore and need to cancel my membership. He started to disrespect me, yelling and telling me stop talking to me I will cancel tomorrow but you can’t have refund anymore.
