Dont waste your time The management is awful and careless. They have been conducting renovations since I moved in. Trash chutes have not been fixed. Sidewalks are blocked off. Maintenance says they will come to an emergency in 15 minutes, but took an hour. The elevator takes you to different floors, other than what you press. More than half of the spots are reserved for VCU. The printer never has ink/is always broken. "Free" wifi in community areas is really bad. Just poor quality apartments.
Pay more, get less I pay more then in my previos flat but get less. No pool, no community event, no trash shute. Package service is a bad joke. Flat doesn,t look like in the pictures. VCU is close this is the only good thing.
Not worth it I've lived her for a couple of years and the only good thing left is maintenance. Vince and Kyle are wonderful and always willing to help any way possible, especially one reoccurring issues which is pretty much the only thing that kept me here for so long. Management has changed many times and the new people do not make any effort what so ever to get to know old tenants at this location. They charge a fine for every little thing you do wrong.
