Verified Renter Even though Ella has new management every 2 months, each PM has been exceptional. They have helped me enjoy living at Ella and I am considering leasing for another term.
Solid building I have found the current property manager and maintenance responsive and helpful, the building itself is nice and the apartment has no serious problems. Occasionally there are problems with some of the machines in the laundry facilities, or a fumigator must be called, but those being the only problems I have had after a year make this one of the better buildings in the area for the price.
