This medical facility is outstanding! It is immaculate, the staff professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Every thing was handled efficiently and with the patient in mind. I was happy to learn that it is a 24/7 emergency facility. That provides me with a sense of security. I highly recommend the Emergency Clinic Alamo Heights. Thanks to all! I had all the the help I needed and then some.

I was seen within minutes of arriving. The doctor was clear in his assessment and treatment allowing me to be part of the decision for my treatment.
The doctors were able to see me the same day. Paperwork was minimal and the doctor and staff were friendly. I originally visited this clinic because my GP retired and I had no where else to go. My previous doctors office was no help at all and wanted me to return a month later. Which is useless if you are in pain and don’t know what the problem is.
I had a very good experience. Everyone who works there is kind and helpful. The doctors are capable, unrushed and explained everything well. The place is spotless. All in all a 5-star Emergency Clinic
The staff was courteous and professional and responded adequately to my questions. I felt the doctor took an interest in my health and covered several areas based on my feedback to get at the problem.
You are greeted by friendly and cheery staff ready to help you! Easy check in process. You’ll receive excellent customer service from the doctor and the staff. I never felt rushed and all my questions got answered. This is the third time over the years that I’ve been here and they continue to impress me! Excellent care and five star treatment. Keep up the great work.
