I fell off a step ladder, hit the back of my thigh on a metal table and ended up with bruising and a large lump. A friend had told me about the ER Clinic Alamo Heights. It was my first visit; staff was friendly/prompt, and Dr. Gregory was amazing. She put my mind at ease by performing a CT scan and letting me know the results within a half-hour.

A great experience despite feeling horrible. The entire staff is terrific. In particular, Chris, Rosie and Grace were fantastic. And Jennifer helped with questions when I called in. I’d refer anyone in need to go to Alamo Heights!

I went to the AHEC on Monday, 1-17-22, for severe pain in my chest and back. I thought I was having a heart attack. I’ve never seen doctors and nurses move so fast! After EKG, CT scan, and other tests, heart attack was ruled out. Dr. Hoefle was wonderful! I am hard of hearing, but he made sure I understood everything that was going on, and I appreciated that very much. The best experience. I was very sick and the care I received was great. Grace, the nurse, was so caring and wonderful. NP Claire is one of the kindest, caring providers I have met. The rest of the staff were good as well. It was super busy but I felt greatly cared for. The Emergency Clinic is the only place I will go or take my family to. Thank you once again for the great care.
