They’re the best I have been too. They did all the tests so quickly that I was truly amazed.
So grateful for this place! I saw a doctor within ten minutes of walking in the door, after waiting an hour and a half at another hospital’s emergency room. The doctor was very patient with me and spent lots of time answering all of my questions which I greatly appreciated.
Fantastic team who were polite, caring, efficient and very professional. They took care of my injury right away. The facility is the cleanest of all ERs I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend them. Special thanks to RN Traci Thompson, Dr. Zeballos, XRay tech Ivy Hill who was careful not to cause more pain to my injury, and front office Gina Garcia who expedited the registration and insurance processing. Love this place!

The staff were very friendly and worked quickly to help me. Dr. Chen explained things thoroughly in an understandable manner. The X-ray technician was very kind as well.
Everyone was very nice and professional. I enjoyed interacting with everyone I came in contact with. They were able to take X-rays and provide all the care I needed. If I ever need emergency needs again I will most definitely choose The Emergency Clinic at the Pearl again!
