Amazing place and service My girlfriend and myself were looking at a few different areas around Tampa and we found Riverview and we absolutely love the area and the apartment complex itself. So much around the complex in terms of food and activities. The staff were extremely nice (especially Erika) and made the whole process seemingly easy for us to move in. Highly recommend this place :)

Great first apartment I recently moved from South Carolina to Florida by myself and Cassidy made my decision where to live easy! She has been nothing but helpful and informative. As far as my apartment quality it is spacious and was very clean when I moved in. I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the area when moving but I definitely made a great decision living here! As far as safety the only issue is the security gates that are not always closed at night.

If you're only focused on the visual... This complex is visually appealing and the apartments are luxurious and very home like. There is beautiful wood and tile floors In the bathroom and kitchen. There are full size washers and dryers! The lakes are serine and peaceful! The deal breakers are the hidden fees and the lack of communication with their guests. Amazing lifestyle Great place to call home. Theater for entertaining friends, another room with pool table and wet bar, lounge area and 24-hour gym. Beautiful pool, grills, outdoor fireplace and great walking areas. They even have a car care area, dog washing station and park. Like I said. Great place to call home.
Peaceful Lifestyle I have lived here for 8 months and I simply love it. Both office and maintenance staff are so helpful and friendly. They go out of there way to help. I had to call maintenance once because my air was not working, they came right away. I called once for a light bulb, they came right away. The grounds are kept nice, although they could use a little cleaning up on the sidewalks and parking areas now and then. And they could clean their stairwell a little more often. passive aggressive manager the manager Dana there, is very demeaning to the residents. Passive aggressive and says things out of her own anger to residents. If you're reading this, don't choose this place. they nickel and dime you. Change their policies to suit there needs for the my moment. always smells like dog poop, and the highways always busy. Not worth the money there asking.
No place to feel home At first I loved it here but after only 3 months I feel neither home nor safe. Before I moved in, I was at no point told that I will have to face construction noises. Working 12 hr shifts nights, I have to sleep during days but this is at the moment almost impossible. Construction to redo the patios/balconies is in progress in my building and no end in sight. TERRIBLE COMPLEX My apartment complex sucks. When something break it takes forever to get it fix. They charge a redulious amount just can't wait tell my lease is up.
