Dr. Armellini is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with. Hands down, she is the best endocrinologist I have ever been to, and I’ve been to several. She is very smart and has a superb understanding of how the thyroid functions. Dr. Armellini takes her time with you. She thoroughly explains everything and acknowledges all your concerns. She treats you like family and never rushes you. Her genuine concern for her patients is admirable. She has been a blessing to my health.
It’s really hard to describe Dr. Armellini because she’s different than any other physician I have ever worked with. I start out by saying that she really cares about her patients. She listens to you as you describe your problems. She’s kind and smart and caring. I recently went through cancer treatments. Dr. Armellini is a warm, personable, responsive, caring practitioner. I agree with the prior reviews that she is a perfect example of how medicine is an art as much as a science. She persists in determining what would be the best treatment option until all potential contributors to a condition (in my case, thyroid disease) are dealt with. My visits are always prompt, professional, and extremely thorough. Dr. A answers my questions, explains examinations, and she is very encouraging. I cannot imagine visiting another doctor.
I recommend Dr. Armellini unequivocally to anyone facing the mysteries of thyroid disease. Unfortunately, most endocrinologists don’t understand how the thyroid impacts every other system in the body. She is out standing in her treatment of my diabetes, Very encouraging and support as I have struggled with my numbers going up and down during the time I have been seeing her.
I feel so fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Armellini. She has patiently worked with me to resolve my thyroid condition so that I now have none of the unpleasant symptoms caused by a hype or hypoactive thyroid. She is knowledgeable, personable, caring and responsive. She's an example of how medicine is truly an art, not just a science. I truly appreciate having her as my endocrinologist.
