The hotel is within walking distance to local attractions in North End. The rooftop bar is nice but very loud if trying to get a night’s rest in the room. The hotel doesn’t have parking and the parking garage across the street is expensive, which is a downside to the locale. I’m surprised there isn’t an agreement with the parking garage for hotel patron parking.
Very beautiful hotel and a great location.
Poor Service Service was poor with check-in, bag check and restaurants. Roof top bar is cool, but not ideal with drunk people on 2 elevators that is used for rooms and roof top. Not child friendly.
Great hotel
Room was very clean, location is amazing.
The hotel, was great. Check in was late however they gave us a $50 dining credit for the wait. The room was cool since we were right next to the water however the TV did not work and there was some stains on the carpet.
