Everything was great. Only thing is they don't have valet parking and do not validate for the parking garage over the time of our stay
Liked everything about it. The staff were extremely professional polite and friendly The location was superb, proximity to all the most desirable places The pricing was very reasonable Very clean and contemporary Expedia was supposed to get me a room with a view
Couples weekend The hotel and view was perfect for couples weekend away. Rooftop bar was beautiful spot (it was snowing and still warm). The only bummer was paid city parking and no validation, which would be a nice perk.
Amazing hotel. The location is a block from the Boston Tea Party museum and a short walk to various dining options. The hotel has a fantastic rooftop bar, amazing views from the room overlooking the river, and a great restaurant in the lobby. All the staff, especially Tyler, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back in the future.
Unique design elements through the hotel and room. Love the wellness videos including the crackling fireplace
I had a prior booking through a third party that was non refundable. Upon checking into the Envoy I explained to the gentleman working the front desk of my family emergency. He went above and beyond to speak with a live person from the third party booking and was able to have my canceled reservation refunded. This is not only an act of kindness, this is truly first class customer service. Thank you to all.
