Beautiful place great staff great location.I didn’t get the room I asked for but everything was nice
Wonderful staff at the front desk. Incredible value in room for the price and friendly guest service when 'extras' were requested. I appreciated the ease of the check in process and the beautiful lobby.
Most comfortable and safe Amazing stay and excellent excellent service! The view, location and the rooftop Lookout bar is beautiful. The room supervisor went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The cleanliness, sanitation and COVID guidelines were on point in the hotel.
Property was in a great spot in city. Rooftop bar was supposed to be the big attraction a big reason to stay here. Due to covid restrictions it was cut down from 80 to 12 tables, reservations only, which is fine, but the lobby was totally packed with people waiting to get up there, how is that social distancing. Also no preference for people paying money and are hotel guests....
Rooftop Bar is great. Not easy to get extra waters in the room during Covid apparently.
