Mrs Tammy , and mr. Tyler we’re both absolutely amazing people at the car wash today. Miss Tammy was so polite. The smile on her face was vibrant. And just made my day Mr. Tyler made sure that the right hand Side of the car out clean ! Double check his work couldn’t ask for more pleasant people. It’s the little things in life that makes someone’s day and I must say that they have made my day.
The staff is always kind, willing to service with a true customer service driven approach. Tammy is a stellar warm welcoming employee who is passionate about being public facing. I have used this car wash for years and have always had a good experience and when I have voiced concerns they quickly moved to address them within reason.
Tammy, Dray and Zoey are the Awesome team at your car wash. I come at least twice a week and Never and a bad experience. Thanks
Horrible customer service! You cannot get a person on the phone. You apparently must cancel membership through their website, which makes it extremely hard. All the while, they pop my credit card every month. This is infuriating! Update: As of April 21, I changed my credit card to prevent future charges since I was having a very hard time getting someone to talk to on the phone. That was April 21. I have come here many times and today was one of the best experiences. Ms. Tammy works here and she is one of the best workers I have ever come across over here. She is very welcoming and kind and nice. Also, car wash was better than usual.
