Doctor is very good. Waiting 45 minutes to be seen is not good.
When I brought the glasses with the prescription she had given me back, because I could not see well through them she refused to see me because "I had given you a prescription". She is not honest to admit her prescription may not have been accurate, & refused to recheck it. Never will I recommend her. When she cannot consider making a mistake, she doesn't deserve patients. How can a doctor be so high & mighty?
Traveled an hour to see her for a consultation, brought all my medical paperwork and electronic versions of the tests I’ve had and she refused to see me without having me have a bunch of unnecessary tests. I simply had a few questions and wanted some slides interpreted from a dye test another provider had done on my eye that showed an abnormality. So frustrating. Don’t waste your time.
My appointment with Dr. Kostina was one of the worst I have ever had. I did not feel that she fully listened to my story and was not able to connect the dots between my neuro symptoms and my ophthalmologic symptoms as you would expect from someone who specializes in Neuro-ophthalmology. I would like to be clear that the support staff was lovely, it was just my experience with Dr. Kostina that was sub-par. So disappointed.
