Good medical care. However the office seems to be run in a new way. I sat in the waiting room until a technician was free. Then I was given treatment. When finished, I was sent back to waiting room until the next technician was ready for me. Then more treatment. Then back to waiting room. I spent just as much time in waiting room as treatment time. All staff were friendly and competent. Dr. Berenberg explained everything about my eye condition clearly and in detail. I feel confident that he and his practice will follow me closely and provide the best possible treatment.
While this was my initial appointment with The Eye Care Group, I expected it would be longer than with my previous physician. I did not expect to sit for 58 minutes from when I was given the drops to dilate my eyes after being told they would call me in "about" 15 minutes.I would have been much happier with an explanation.I was brought to the exam room then waited an additional 10+ minutes for the doctor. Scheduled appointment was right on time. Everyone very nice. Everyone knew their jobs and were all very knowledgeable Doctor very through and took thre time to answer all of my questions.
This was my first visit to this business. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. My exam was thorough and conducted with care. Findings and feedback were provided clearly. Overall, good experience.
