Dr. Dong was born in the capitol of the MEKONG DELTA in Vietnam. She was brought up in a traditional family with compassion, integrity and virtue. Since her early childhood, she demonstrated a strong passion and ethic to help people by taking part in many community services especially in rural areas. After high school, she was admitted into one of the most prestigious institution in Vietnam: The University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City and received her first Doctor Degree of Dentistry in 2004 with Honor.
