Update: Julius reached out to me to discuss my issues. That is very much appreciated. They are making it up to us so we will be getting some tile for our bathrooms so my hubby can get that done soon. We have been impressed with all the work they did. Our floor is outstanding, the tile, countertop and shower in our bathroom is beautiful. They installed antique windows in our kitchen and wow! It's breathtaking. The workers were professionals in every way. I would hire the Floor Store again in a heartbeat.
They did my kitchen, bath n shower tile. Great design in the shower. The scrapped bamboo floors are beautiful. I have had dozens of compliments about how beautiful they are.
