We decided to go with the Flooring Center after doing a great amount of research. They were very professional and answered all of our questions, and provided honest and helpful advice. They had an extensive showroom with many options, and were accommodating with our installation needs and scheduling. Once we had made a decision we felt comfortable it was the right one. Great selection. Wanted a small amount of time to edge shower inserts however they are only available by the box, not individually. Overpriced at $27.00 per sq ft and you must by an entire box which cost over $400.00.
Can't say enough about how happy I am with the job they did in my home. Jennifer was extremely patient and helpful with all of the decisions that were made and the 2 gentlemen that did the install were extremely professional and thorough. I'm really glad I chose this company, my new carpet is beautiful and I couldn't be happier.
Our experience with Eric and The Flooring Center was amazing! Eric paid attention to every detail to ensure the installation went smoothly. He even sent us photos during the install while we were out of town. The installers were very professional and fast! Our floors turned out beautifully. We couldn’t be any happier!!
