Floor installed in November. Paid the 50pct balance in spite of a miss trimming, as measure was not properly done and a piece was missing. Rescheduled for Dec. As it was never done had to be in touch with the store… rescheduled for Jan…. Same thing again….. rescheduled for Feb… sent a msg to the store who said they were going to check the status and as of today have not heard back from you. Hoping a lawyer will not be needed. Very sorry I trusted you and paid the 50pct balance when services was not totally finished!
I waited two Sunday's to get my job completed. My bathroom door will not shut as a result of the transition fitted between the new floor and the bathroom tile and I can't get anyone out to correct the problem
I purchased a condo in May 2018. The first thing to go was the flooring. The Flooring Center was recommended. I selected wood carpet and tile for different areas. The installation went okay. A HUGE hint at what was to come should have been when the final payment was attempted before the job was complete. I have been waiting for the left over boards from the wood installation. We went to the Flooring Center on a referral from Costco to purchase a Shaw Floor in January of 2017. Their selection at that time was very limited in style and color. Being that they were recommended by Costco we went with their company even though we didn’t purchase Shaw and we had to sign a document releasing Costco. We came into the Flooring Center thinking of doing our floors with the best quality of tile and the best quality of workmanship. We were so wrong. This job started on 11-28-2016 and still not finished because of poor workmanship. If you have a good installer, the job will be done well; if not, its like buying the worst tile on the market and installing it yourself.
