They went out of their way to find hardware that matched our 50 year old front doors and did a perfect job. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and were so polite and friendly. They even found a way during the actual hardware installation to use part of our original hardware and therefore reduce the cost so they came in less than the estimate! I would recommend them 100% of the time.
Dennis was very friendly and professional. He really came through for me when I was in a pinch and made a stressful situation so much easier.
Mark from the Flying Locksmith came out to replace our old keypad security lock on our door. He unfortunately had to do it twice but was very calm, respective full, and very professional getting it done. He even made sure that we would be ok to be able to program the door. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs help with their lock!!
Having been in the same house for 26 years, I've never had a reason to change locks. So, after moving, I checked online, recognized the logo and went to the online chat. They were very responsive and quickly set up an appointment. As promised, I got a text 30 minutes before the technician was to arrive. Erik was professional and amazingly quick. The were on time and friendly and did a wonderful job. My call was last minute after my husbands car got broken into and everything was stolen. They came to my house within 3 hours to rekey my front and back doors to my house. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
