As a commercial customer, it was important our issue was addressed as quickly as possible. Phillip arrived as scheduled, corrected our issue with materials he brought based on our call for service. We experienced courteous professional service! Highly recommend The Flying Locksmiths.
I was also able to get a military discount. Being a veteran, I prefer to do business with locally owned buisness and those that support our veterans. The locksmith that came out was good and knowledgeable. The only thing that would have made it great service was if the locksmith would have given to me the different ways to let my doors instead one the job was completed. Other then that, I would recommend them to my peers and use them again.
I called on Dec 28 with a request for help with a for a door lock and handle that was no longer functioning. They originally scheduled me of the next day, but a cancellation occurred and they fit me in on the same day. Professional service, helpful, and had what I needed. They gave me advice on a direction in which I will have a complete resolution to my issue with my old (20 year) lock and door handle. Lane is a skilled locksmith! Contractor added wood panels to my door, which added depth to the lock area, causing it not to engage. I could not lock or unlock from the exterior of my house. Lane assessed and devised a way in which the lock would operate, with success! Tears welled in my eyes! Thank you, again, Lane, for your time, attention, skills, and professionalism!
Hugh was very professional and did an excellent job on our French door lock in record time.
