Always a great experience, friendly staff and doctor. Always helpful and I am not a doctor going person but was very impressed with everything. Very friendly office staff
First your new receptionist is great and almost too real. My doctors appointment was great, but his help could be friendlier with his devoted patients and come on board with the rest of the staff
The lady that did the Lazer treatment did an excellent job and very frendly.
I didn't have to wait for an appointment to solve my foot problem. My appointment was on-time and handled efficiently and professionally. Dr. Schaefer gave me good advice on how to recover quickly and deal with returning to my normal exercise program. I am very pleased. The front desk was pleasant to deal with and handled my follow-up appointment scheduling very well.
You are always on time and staff is very courteous.
Dr Schaffer in the kilmarnock office is a great professional doctor the staff is very friendly & we are so glad that we found him in the kilmarnock office his ratios a 10!!!!
I was seen by staff within 10 min of arrival & seen by doctor within 5 more. Staff at reception very pleasant. Doctor greets me by name, always cheerful, and efficient. Could not ask for more.
Very touchy about my feet and Dr. Eng makes my stress very comfortable. Wish I had taken advantage of his service years ago!
