It’s a beautiful restaurant but I will point out a few things. We had a lengthy wait time although we had reservations. They don’t really have space for customers to wait besides a small couch in the corner. A gentleman who worked there came and sat down as two of my friends in heels stood around. I thought that was rude. At first we thought he was a customer as well until we saw him go behind the host counter and look at the screen. We live in the neighborhood and walk to Fountain. Consistently comfortable vibe. Service is professional and attentive. The Prime Rib sandwich has to be the best in the City.

We had a great night with family and friends. After getting married at the Bottleworks Hotel the staff at the Fountain Room made our reception dinner very special and catered to us (the bride and groom) and our guests. We even received a card signed by the staff. Thank you!!!

The foods are overall amazing. The service is a little bit disappointing. Did not ask how we want our drink to be prepared. Did not take out our plate on time or give us a new set of utensils when I set it aside to a very obvious location. The kitchen server was really helpful and provided us a new set of utensils. We enjoyed all of our foods. Just a shame that the service is not as nearly as the quality as the foods.

Sides mediocre. Macaroni and cheese too much liquid like water. Didn’t cling to noodles. Tomatoes probably added to liquid and don’t belong in macaroni and cheese anyway. Added lobster to it and maybe less than a tablespoon. Not worth the upcharge. We had 2 different desserts; both bad. Steak was good. 1-2 ounces of short rib not sufficient for an entree.

Our Anniversary dinner. We will go there again. I commented to my wife that it wasn't the most romantic atmosphere, but that was because of the open floor plan. There are darker, quieter places to go eat, but the Fountain Room will not disappoint. Everything was very nice. The food is excellent. The service is excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The meal was well paced, too.
