We had a wonderful server named Zacharius. Very charming and knowledgeable. Everything, service, food, and ambience was fantastic. We did feel that it seemed understaffed at that time though. No bartender other than him from what I could see. We sat at a table in the bar area.

Sunday Brunch. Great service(Becca I think), nice atmosphere and good value. French toast was undercooked but had it been finished it did have good flavor and great presentation. Biscuits very good. Fried chicken average for area. Nice location at the end of Mass Ave.

Our group came in for a 19th birthday party and fountain room did an amazing job of taking care of us. The service was outstanding and the food was perfection. We will definitely be back!

So much character and great ambiance. Food is top notch. Server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. All round great place.

We were so looking forward to our dinner at the Fountain Room. I had looked at the menu, and there were several things we wanted to try. We ordered appetizers, salads, and dinners, plus different cocktails to try. Overall, we were just underwhelmed! Our server was ok. Nothing to write home about. We aren't picky, but we do like good-flavorful food. So to say we would go back, would be probably not.
