Service was amazing and restaurant is beautiful but the food was terrible. The fries and smoked old fashioned were good but that’s it. Our medium ribeye was tough and very salty. The tuna was bland and the rice (?) underneath was tasteless and mushy. The salmon was cooked perfectly but was nothing fantastic. The apple cobbler had no streusel or cake topping at all; it was only lukewarm, undercooked, crunchy apples in cinnamon sugar sauce topped with vanilla ice cream. Not cobbler. Edible but very underwhelming overall.

It’s a fantastic venue for special occasions. We were celebrating my wife graduating college, and what better way than with great steaks, champagne, and fantastic cocktails. Will definitely be back!

We had a great experience at the Fountain Room. The food and service was amazing. Love the atmosphere as well. The Brussels sprouts are delicious as was our steaks.

I would not say the noise level was energetic. It was very loud. Beautiful space. Food was adequate but way over priced for what it is. Not necessarily different than other similar type places, but not worth the price tag. Would consider returning but only for drinks.

Great first time experience at this restaurant, love to try new places and this one didn’t disappoint. Great setting, excellent service and the food was delicious. On the expensive side for sure but with it if you like a too notch dinner evening out. Will be back!

Waiter was not well versed on menu or drinks. Ordered tuna so spicy couldn’t hardly eat it. 50 dollar piece of prime rib and it didn’t been come with a scoop of mashed potatoes or anything. Seated in bar area it was soo loud..

Service definitely does not justify nor validate the price point. A high price doesn’t mean it’s high end. Staff could use more training. Lost track of # of times we had to ask for something (utensils, glasses, water, the right food…)

Excellent service and food. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the delicious cocktails! The mushroom sandwich was slightly disappointing but everything else was good.
