It was my cousin bday and the restaurant went above and beyond to make it special for her. The server was amazing and personable. The food was amazing and our overall experience was magnificent!

My husband and I had a wonderful first time at The Fountain Room! We were celebrating quite a few things, our anniversary, Christmas, and new years. The restaurant itself is very beautiful. Our server was very attentive, but not overbearing. We ordered the Brie brûlée (which was a delicious collection of so many flavors), prime rib (beautifully presented), and the chocolate pot de crème (I can’t tell you how that tasted because my husband inhaled it like a vacuum). The Espresso Martinis were very creamy (some may like that). I ordered the prime rib hash and it came out with no prime rib. They took it back and brought me the correct meal and comped the cost of the dish which I appreciated.

For my mother's 90th birthday, we started with superbly crafted drinks in the bar. Upon sitting down at a beautiful table in the middle of the dining room, we were greeted by our server, Kat. Throughout the meal she was perfectly attentive without being intrusive and offered absolutely the highest level of service and charm. The appetizers were all excellent and served in a timely manner, as were the salads and soups, (relish tray, quilted pigs, french onion soup, wedge salad and lobster bisque.) Make sure to request downstairs dining. The top floor felt like a jam packed conference room at a hotel.
