We went here for brunch on a Sunday. Ambience is great, has a lot of character to the building. Wait staff were excellent and very attentive. The food was fine, but was a little underwhelming given the rest of the experience. Fairly bland, especially the potatoes. Some more seasoning would go a long way. Overall, we were happy with the experience, but felt the food experience did not match the expectations we had given how nice the place is. Perhaps the dinner experience is different, we would certainly go back.

Really enjoyed our first trip. Diego our server was first rate. Had the sea bass and lobster bisque which were both excellent!!

Very nice first time at this restaurant. My wife and I were there to celebrate our anniversary and were greeted by the hostesses with a nice card signed by the staff. Our meal was excellent and the restaurant had a nice ambiance, very well decorated. Looking around, it seemed like a small space but they did a nice job in making it seem large. Overall, everything was as we had hoped.

We had the most exquisite evening with Reed as our server! A truly excellent menu to choose from and wonderful service all around. We could not be happier we chose to celebrate our anniversary here. They even left a signed card on the table for us from all of the staff working that evening. Top notch place.

Birthday brunch for granddaughter. Our server, Beckha/Becca, was perfectly attentive - not too much; not too little - she was delightful! We enjoyed a lovely booth by the windows. The drinks were delicious, as was the food, which could benefit only by very minor tweaks, and it seems contrary to complain about ‘too much’. We had the privilege of having Zachariah as our host/wait staff. He was excellent and embodies joy and pride in service. We ordered the salmon and it was flavorful and tender. The lobster bisque had chunks of lobster that made me smile! Great job Fountain Room.
