It went very well. See above for story. I had my front door replaced. I live in a cottage circa 1945 built on pier and beam in an area of the city known to have shifting ground, fault lines, etc. My front porch slopes downward quite a bit due to settling over the decades. They did great job, and it looks fabulous. I would recommend them to others as well as use them again in the future. They did the two side lights on my door as well as the one above (transom).

The experience was wonderful overall. My wife set up most of the process. She talked with them by phone several times, and went to the showroom a couple of times as well. She always felt very impressed with the level of service, knowledge and expertise of all the employees she encountered. I was very pleased with the service. They were efficient and timely. Replaced my front door.
Both Steve and Ryan are very personable and completely answered all my questions. The estimated completion time for the door was the standard 4-6 weeks. Door was ready for installation within a month. Steve called several weeks in advance in order to schedule a tentative installation date. Due to my class schedule, Saturdays work best for me. Very well. We now feel safer in our home, knowing that two of our main exit doors function properly for quick exits, if necessary. We had three problem doors that needed rehanging or unsticking. Larry of this company came out and fixed the problems, working quickly and professionally. He improvised with materials on one door where a builder's defect failed to provide ample wood for "seeding" of the long hinge screws. Great customer service, extremely helpful and professional when helping us select a door in their showroom. Next, a person came to the house to do the measurements and then 4-6 wks later the the door was installed. Expert workmanship overall -- they did a beautiful job on staining the mahogany door and install and fitting the door to the frame - overall VERY pleased from start to finish. Overall a good experience for us 1st time home buyers. Door is exceptional. Friendly company to deal with though prices are a bit steep - you get what you pay for.
