Went to Medford location and had my time wasted. Called up Shakopee location and the store manager Chris knocked it out of the park. Handled everything I needed quickly. Am now a loyal customer to his store.

Mike was AWESOME! He was helpful and informative without being pushy, and he had a great sense of humor. He showed dedication from start to finish and even found a way to get my dresser to me sooner than expected. I would certainly come back to him and to Furniture Mart for future purchases!
