Nonetheless, here is our small suggestion to further help Your business create customers and keep customers..Please consider making the new patient registration form more user-friendly by removing repetitive questions or providing a "Same as above " checkbox where applicable. A patient shouldn't have to key in the same address and ss# more than once, as an example... Cheers,
My cleaning was great, she had advised me to purchase a Sonicare for brushing my teeth 3 Mos ago. I came for a follow up my teeth and gums were in bad shape. Much better now. Thank you
