RecommendedI signed my lease a couple months ago and moved in a few weeks ago. From the moment I walked in to the leasing office, the front office was so friendly and very welcoming. Natalie and Lacy have been spectacular and so helpful with any questions and always went above and beyond for my needs and questions I had prior to moving in. I've been here for 2 months now and I absolutely love it! Close enough to enjoy some nightlife without having to drive or deal with traffic, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The move-in process was seamless and easy. The few minor maintenance issues I had were taken care of immediately. Natalie and Lacy always have smiles on their faces and address any issues immediately. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking in the Lower Greenville area. I had moved into Crest at Glencoe on a short lease term for logistics. I just renewed for a year because I love it here!. It's nestled in a very nice neighborhood with a park close by. I feel very safe here, and the staff is always friendly!
I moved into Crest at Glencoe about month ago and have had a wonderful experience so far! The management staff has been great in helping me get settled and answering all of the questions that I have. Scott, the maintenance guy, is also amazing - easily the best maintenance person I've ever had at any apartment I've been in before. Crest at Glencoe is in a great location with easy access to all different neighborhoods in Dallas. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone considering a move. Peaceful, quiet, friendly! I moved from victory park & uptown to this quaint & safe community a few months ago and the change is astronomical...from the pet love in the community to the friendly faces of management, I can't say enough amazing things about this place! I can safely say from living in uptown, downtown, victory park, midtown & Lakewood, this is the best location to call home in DFW. We've been in the apts for almost two years now, it's a great location, excellent staff, quick and courteous maintenance team, and fair pricing. It's been a very good experience.
I have lived here since January, and love it! Close knit community, love the pool, and the office staff are amazing...plus it's super close to Mockingbird Station and a grocery store! Would love to RE-up once my lease finishes.
We have had a great experience living here! The location is PERFECT and the complex is super dog friendly--which we love. The staff (shoutout Natalie and Lacy!) is wonderful--so kind, hard working, and helpful. They know us by name and we always feel welcome in the office. We couldn't ask for a better home!
