RecommendedSo far we have had a great experience with our apartment process. Lindsey in the leasing office is amazing and has helped me and my boyfriend out tremendously with the whole move in process. I love the apartment we live in and am excited for the rest of the year!! Pets are also welcome!!
RecommendedWas unsure but after 6 months I would say that I highly recommend. Rent is fair, maybe just a little high but it’s in a great area and they do allow me to have my German Shepherd. The complex manager, CJ is awesome.
RecommendedI’ve lived at the Georgetown for almost two years and do not plan on moving anytime soon. The neighbors are great, spacious apartments, smaller complex and more peaceful living than most - kinda of a hidden gem in the city. Easy access to cleared streets in the winter, close to shopping and Holmes Lake. C.J. the manager is the BEST and will answer your needs. Come take a look. Pets welcome!

Clean, friendly, and a safe environment for everyone. Talk about a perfect location with lots of restaurants, a grocery store, and night entertainment all within walking distances!
