From start to finish Glass Guru was professional and awesome every step of the way. Vito did a spot on job of taking measurements so the window was accurately fabricated and Lance’s installation was perfect. The window looks great as if it was brand new. Thank you Glass Guru!

On Nov 2022 we contacted Glass Guru of Folsom to replace our master bathroom window. He came and took the measurement etc and told us it will take some time which we agreed with his timeline. Unfortunately, with heavy rain our house around that portion got water damaged and we have to start the repair with the contractor. We told him about our situation and he said he will keep the window. In May he called and was so rude and threatened to throw away our window if we do not pick it up immediately. We ordered your window the correct size. Then we held it for you for nearly nine months - free of charge. You had the Stucco redone on your house and therefor the window would not fit. We simply asked you to pick it up and mentioned that if the opening was a different size - the window would not fit and therefor would need to be thrown away. This was not a threat - simply a fact.
