The entire process was efficient and professional. They came out to quote, then once the tile was installed they came back to measure. The glass arrived 2 weeks later and fit perfectly. The installers were professional and courteous. The entire process was great!
Tom came out today and replaced our new picture window. He was extremely knowledgable and installed our new window in little over an hr. Tom called ahead to tell us he was on his way and cleaned up when he was done. Super efficent and the price was right too. I was completely satisfied with Glass Guru service.
Our master bath window developed a leak that compromised the drywall around the area. Large window companies would not take the work unless it was a minimum $5000 project, but referred me to The Glass Guru. The Glass Guru responded quickly, have great customer service and are friendly to work with. And the man who did the install did a fantastic job. Very pleased with this experience and would definitely use them again.
Mike came out to estimate. Measured the windows and sat down and gave me numbers. Simple easy no pressure. Confirmed I was satisfied with price, put deposit down to have replacements panes made. 2 weeks later, Dan came out setup tables in driveway, and went to work for most of the day. When he was done, sun shone through the fog free windows, finally. Very happy with the entire process.
I couldn't be happier. Glass Guru replaced the glass in my fogged windows quickly, efficiently and with consummate professionalism. From the free estimate to the follow-up to the actual installation, everyone was fabulous to deal with. I'd hire this company again in a heartbeat without getting competing quotes.
