With the extreme temperature changes this winter one our small bay windows shattered on the inside pane at the end of February. It took about 2-3 weeks for the glass to come in but when it arrived I was immediately contacted to schedule installation which took less than an hour. Company was very responsive to my small order of one window with a broken seal. A representative was scheduled and came out directly to check out what i needed and measure my window. i put down a deposit and placed order; he gave me a timeframe for the order and it was spot on. As soon as window came in i received call to schedule installation. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost to replace my huge picture window glass. When the crew showed up to do the work they were done in less than 2 hours. They were friendly, arrived when they said they would be here, didn’t leave a mess and knew what they were doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire the Glass Guru again if I need window work done again. Very satisfied.
Glass Guru of Blaine did a perfect job replacing the 50 year old foggy picture window pane in our living room. Their people understand how the wood window was built and ordered the thermopane glass. When glass arrived installed it a couple hours. We think "5+ stars" for them everytime we look out it.
