Horrible experience! Ruined our windows, damaged window frames and drywall, dirty and messy, disrespectful to home and our safety. Simple repair turned into a very expensive replacement and although they admit they did a horrible job and damaged the windows, they refuse to refund our money or pay for fixing the damage.
Told me for months my skylight and door were on backorder, kept pushing me off. Told them I was diagnosed with cancer and would like the items installed while I was off. No reply, mailbox full, now have filed bankruptcy. Ridiculous!!!! So disappointed that they would deceive me and have a thousand dollars of my money.

We, the NEW OWNERS, purchased the territory rights from The Glass Guru Franchise Systems, Inc,and opened our doors on July 5, 2016. We are confident that things are going better under new ownership/management
Horrible company ok got a quote from you guys. cut and polish. you picked up our mirrors and kept them one week. We called you said they were sent out to fabrication. 2nd week you brought them back. Nothing had been done you took them back to shop then called and said you couldn't do the job. You guys brought the mirrors back without the deposit. You sent the deposit in the mail the check bounced. What's the deal.
